Greetings! Not many news from me lately, so I'll remedy that.
Since we have many people organizing raids on WoW, you can check the raid calendar on the right to check which raid happens when. You can also contact Suffy and Baran to add your raid to the calendar, if you plan to organize one!

As leader of the Ancients of Atlantis I am proud to announce that we are now one of the official imperial guilds on the Legions of Lettow realm.
As some of you may know, we started on the Tasaa Bareesh realm. However, due to the incredibly small player pool it offers, we decided to switch to one of the most popular PVP realms.

This will make it a real challenge to become the best guild in the game.
Preparations have been made and a full fetched promotion ladder has been created.
The first step in our conquest to eternal glory will be the recruiting and leveling of new guild members. Everyone who wishes to join is more then welcome to do so. All we ask is that you are active, and speak English.

If you wish to join, come contact us ingame! Just do /who ancients and you will find us.

Eyewitnesses reported a strange flash of light coming from the Icecrown Citadel, visible as far as Dalaran, about an hour before midnight on 22nd January, 2012.

About an hour after, a large number of weary warriors were noticed returning to the Silver Enclave's famous inn - A Hero's Welcome. One fighter held an unusual axe that emanated deathly chill, yet the warriors were cheerful and jolly.

Soon after, the whole town was covered with gossip and rumours, here's what witnesses at Dalaran have said:

"The axe looked as if had souls swirling around it. Being around it was eerie and deathly." - A patron of the "A Hero's Welcome" inn.
"They seemed to be affiliated with the Ätlantean Ärmy guild, perhaps even members."

What happened, no-one outside the guild really knows, but what's sure, is that it was something grand. Something that can maybe turn the tide against the Lich King.

On 22nd January, 2012, Barand has become the first person in the Ätlantean Ärmy to wield the Shadowmourne. Presumably also the first tank. Just getting the Shadowmourne was not good enough Baran though, he had to make it grand.

And grand it was.

As almsot the entire raid was wiped, Baran kept on fighting Sindragosa with 600 000 hit points left on the undead wyrm. As the souls of the fallen and guild members safely in dalaran and dire maul PvP event cheered him on.

With the resolute statement by Baran: "I WILL NOT GIVE UP!", Sindragosa fell and her essence was absorbed into Shadow's Edge, the soon-to-be-forged Shadowmourne.

So, three cheers for Baran! Our first Shadowmourne wielder! (Also, may it not consume your soul)
